SaudiGulf Airlines has obtained regulatory approval for the activation of inflight Wi-Fi internet connectivity onboard all its domestic and international flights.
The airline says it is “introducing the latest technology as part of its ongoing efforts to provide a convenient and fulfilling travel experience to its passengers”.
Samer Majali, Chief Executive Officer, said: “The successful implementation of the Wi-Fi service further illustrates the elevated level of facilities that SaudiGulf is setting as its new standards of travel, which emphasises providing customers with an exceptional level of service onboard.
“Partnering with SITAONAIR, with its digital satellite communication expertise, passengers will now benefit from fast and reliable onboard internet connectivity at affordable rates, which will allow them to stay connected with friends and family during their flight seamlessly.”
SaudiGulf Airlines, one of the Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani & Sons group of companies, is currently operating daily flights between Dammam (its hub), Riyadh, Jeddah and Abha and has announced the start of international flights in March to include a twice daily flight between Riyadh and Dubai.
