Interactive Mobility expands entertainment for business aviation

Interactive Mobility has expanded its media offering to business aviation. Already successful with international airlines, the French start-up brings to this booming market an innovative solution, rapid to deploy and cost-efficient.

Developed by Interactive Mobility, Flymingo is a streaming service enabling flight passengers to connect to a local Cloud via a box to access media content – films, games, media, flight information – directly on their devices.

This BYOD-based innovation responds to the growing need for an ergonomic and expanded interactive entertainment offering, without requiring any connectivity, contributing to an optimal in-flight user experience.

Flymingo, a global offering of Wireless In-Flight Entertainment, includes three solutions: Flymingo Box, a small server enabling to rapidly deploy a highly performing streaming service; Flymingo Next, an advanced embedded server for connected planes; and Flymingo Connect whose IFEC portal is integrated on airlines’ existing infrastructure to provide passengers a new entertainment experience.

Interactive Mobility has chosen EBACE, the European trade show dedicated to this sector which will take place in Geneva from May 21st to 23rd, to launch its offerings targeting the business aviation market, which continues its transformation with new consumption modes linked to geographically diversified customers.
